Summer School

MVHS Summer School 2019

We will be running a summer school at Mountain Vista High School during the month of June for teacher-taught and online courses.
Summer school courses are designed for those students who need to recover credits and continue to proceed on track towards graduation. We do not offer classes for credit advancement. Successful completion of these courses will result in a full grade replacement of the previously taken identical course. If you are unsure whether summer school is the right option for you, please check with your school counselor.
Schedule for Teacher Taught Classes: May 29-June 20, Monday-Thursday. Classes will meet from 7:30-11:50 a.m.
Attendance: To earn credit, students may NOT miss more than three class periods.

Online Classes: These courses offer students an opportunity to earn credit through offsite work. Access to course software is available 24 hours a day and courses must be completed by Friday, June 21 at 12 p.m. ONLINE CLASSES ONLY: Please plan to attend a mandatory registration session Wednesday, May 29 from 8 a.m.-12 p.m. in the Mountain Vista Main Office.

Cost: $225 for in-district. $275 for non-Douglas County School District students.

Registration: Registration for our June teacher-taught classes is now closed. There will NOT be a July session.
