Teachers

We have the highest caliber of teachers. Over 90 percent of our teachers teach in the subject area for which they have their primary degree, and over 60 percent of our faculty has a Master’s degree or higher.

Critical Thinking Model

Academically, our faculty, staff, students, parents and community help our students achieve their maximum potential.

Unified Sports

We offer both Unified Basketball and Unified Soccer for students with special needs and compete against area schools. General education students can also join in the fun by volunteering as a Unified Partner. Partners assist by coaching, assisting on the court/field, refereeing, scorekeeping, cheering, and more. MVHS has partnered with Special Olympics Colorado Project Unify in order to offer additional opportunities for our athletes.

Clubs and Activities

Students can participate in numerous co-curricular and extra-curricular opportunities.
