General Information

Welcome to all the new families to MVHS and all returning families!

My name is Stephanie Cowan and I am excited to be your new Volunteer Coordinator at MVHS. I have been a part of the Mountain Vista community for the past nine years both as a teacher and coach.

There are many opportunities to volunteer at MVHS. Thanks to each of you who signed up to volunteer during the online registration process. If you didn’t sign up to volunteer, you can still sign up to volunteer as opportunities come up. Volunteer opportunities range from classroom volunteers and field trip volunteers to Parent-Teacher conference dinners, Vision and Hearing Screening, After-Prom and more.

The easiest way to communicate about volunteer opportunities is through signs-up links sent via email and postings on the Vista Nation Parent Volunteer Facebook Page.

We have a lot of events coming up. Please know that volunteers in our school make a HUGE difference to our kids and our school! We appreciate your time and know that time is very precious these days. Please don’t hesitate to email me with questions, concerns or ideas for volunteering at MVHS.

Here is to a great year!

You have been FLOCKED! Read the letter from After-Prom Chairperson Colleen Parante > 2018 After-Prom Flocking Letter.
